OYOGist.com has learned that former Manchester United player, Ryan Giggs has reportedly put his custom-built mansion in England’s greater Manchester area for £3.5 million (US$4.579 million) for sale.
Ryan Giggs who is now 45 years of old, is one of the most celebrated and decorated football players in the history of Manchester United, after he spent his entire football career at Manchester United, acquired the property back in 2004 for £1.94 million, according to records filed with the Land Registry, and without a delay ready to work towards planning his dream home.
Giggs who spent 24 years at the English Premier League giant, went ahead to build the lavish, five-bedroom, raising the ire of his neighbors when he submitted the building plans with the local authority to pull down the old mansion and replace it with a clunky brick and faux timber-frame mansion, this was contained in a local media report.
The soccer Legend’s plans were finally approved in spite of the eye bra that was raised by the residents of Chatsworth Road, and Mr. Ryan built a sprawling 6,700-square-foot house dream mansion with a double garage and indoor swimming pool.
