According to report, Super Eagles of Nigeria and Heracles Almelo star Cyriel Dessers has agreed to join Racing Genk of Belgium from his Netherlands based club for four million Euros.
The previous report says the Eredivisie club wanted €6 million for the Belgium born striker but later agreed four million Euros for the Star. The report from Het Laaste Nieuws said the two clubs have agreed the deal for the Nigerian and it will be finalized on the first of July.
Genk already have two Super Eagles strikers in their book (Stephen Odey and Paul Onuachu), and they want to sign the striker to replace Tanzania superstar Mbwana Samatta who joined English Premier League side Aston Villa, in the last last winter transfer window.
Cyriel Dessers was Netherlands Eredivisie highest goal scorer in the just concluded season, and his excellent performance has never gone unnoticed because he has been linked with a move to many clubs in Europe before he agreed to join Genk.
