On January 3, a United States of America drone strike assassinated General Qassim Soleimani, the leader of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. The latest news on the incident comes from a televised news conference on Tuesday, where it was revealed by an Iranian judiciary spokesman reportedly said that the government will execute a CIA spy who provided information to Israel and U.S. intelligence services about the whereabouts of the slain commander Qassem Soleimani.
“Mahmoud Mousavi-Majd, one of the spies for the CIA and Mossad has been sentenced to death. He gave the whereabouts of martyr Soleimani to our enemies,” said Gholamhossein Esmaili in a televised news conference.
