OYOGist.com has learned that the Chief of Staff of the Nigerian president, Abba Kyari, passed on to the great beyond on Friday, 17th April according to Bashir Ahmad, the President’s Media aide. Mixed reactions have however trailed the news of his death.
Femi Fani Kayode has taken to his twitter page to eulogize the late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari saying that their friendship had spanned a period of about 40 years. He narrated that their lengthy journey together began when they met at Cambridge. He reminisced about the time both of them worked together in his father’s law firm.

Femi Fani Kayode is no supporter of the All Progressive Congress led administration and quite often than not aired opposing views about them which he usually made public. The two of them were quite different as regards political views as Abba Kyari was a member of the opposition party and didn’t see eye to eye when it came to such matters but nonetheless, Fani Kayode said they remained close friends and associates.
He eulogized him saying that Abba Kyari was a good, honorable man and a loyal friend of his hoping and praying that his soul rests in perfect peace.
