Chelsea will have to Battle with Manchester city to sign the Defender as Pep Guardiola’s side has also expressed an interest in the defender.
The defender is likely to cost Chelsea in the region of £80million as he is highly rated by Leicester City who were closing in on a Champions League qualification.
