COVID-19: K-Pop icon, Lee Min Ho, revealed charities he’s donated money to fight coronavirus

K-Pop idol and star of Boys Over Flowers (BOS) or Boys Before Flowers (BBF), Lee Min Ho, has made a revelation that he has donated to several charity efforts to help in the fight against the outbreak of Coronavirus.

According to reports, Lee Min Ho made donations to at least 8 different organizations totaling the sum of 300 million Korean Won (KRW). This is the equivalent of 252,075.60 United States dollars.

Lee Min Ho is a South Korean actor, with millions of fans around the world. South Korea is also geographically affected by the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus that started in Wuhan China.

Currently, there are over 4,200 confirmed cases of coronavirus in South Korea.

The charities that were beneficiaries of the good gesture of the actor include Fruit of Love, Good Neighbors, Love Bridge, Save the Children, Green Umbrella, and some other 3 children charity funds.

The funds is aimed at helping children in low-income families in Asia who would be in need of medical and health care support.
