OYOGist.com has learned that the executive secretary of the Nigerian National Summit Group (NNSG), Tony Uranta, has called for the arrest of Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, for flouting the federal government’s ban on large gatherings.
Uranta said that Oyedepo should not be allowed to go scot-free with his action that could have endangered the lives of a lot of persons at Canaanland in Ota, Ogun state on Sunday, March 22, The Guardian reports.

He said that the cleric should be arrested so that the world will understand that nobody is above the law and that the Nigerian government is serious about tackling the spread of coronavirus.
NNSG’s secretary added that Oyedepo’s action has put the church in disgrace.
