Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo has revealed that the President, Muhammadu Buhari is currently been treated for severe sickness which some staffers in the Aso Villa have confirmed to here, OYOGist.com has learned.
The celebrated journalist tweeted this on Tuesday night, hours after Nigerians were told that President Buhari had tested negative to the deadly disease.
The coronavirus, if it infects elderly people or people with a prior history of illness, they are more likely to die from the disease than younger people without a prior history.
President Buhari is well over 70 and has been flown out of the country on several occasions for treatment for an undisclosed illness in the UK.
“BREAKING UPDATE is that Prez @MBuhari is very sick with persistent coughing.
“A ventilator has been brought in from a hospital to set up a makeshift ICU to treat our Commander-in-Chief.
“He had contact with his Chief of staff Mr Kyari who tested positive for CORONAVIRUS #COVID19”
Let’s put President Buhari in our prayers and hope he is not severely sick. And pray for his quick recovery, if indeed he is sick at this moment.
