Nigerian lyricist, Vector has advised Nigerians to cease searching for orthodox treatments to use against the global pandemic, coronavirus. US President Donald Trump a few days ago, approved chloroquine for clinical trials after revealing that it may contain the cure for coronavirus.
Over the past few days, Nigerians have received news of fresh COVID-19 cases across the country and this has led many to visit pharmacy stores in search of chloroquine. There have also been reports of some overdosing on the drug and it is an issue of concern to Vector.
The rapper urged people to stop chasing drugs that may have possible side effects while suggesting that traditional medicine might be a possible cure for the disease.

“STOP CHASING DRUGS THAT MAY HAVE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS!!!! You have native remedies that may just assist or even cure. Call your grand parents or parents or relatives that MAY have knowledge. Your heritage is not a waste… Nature existed before your money. Be safe!” Vector tweeted.
