OYOGist.com has learned that Arsenal are seriously in talks with Barcelona to sign the French forward Phillipe Coutinho for a loan fee this summer.
The Brazilian forward left Liverpool in a fee around €142 million to Barcelona. Since arrival, the playmaker has been struggling for game time due to inconsistency in his form.
Prior to this, Barcelona had offered Phillipe Coutinho a loan move to German champions Bayern Munich but the midfield is still struggling to find a perfect spot in the team’s first eleven.
The arrival of French play maker Antoine Greizmann has also seen a fallout of Phillipe Coutinho in the club
Reports also adds that not only Arsenal are interested in signing the forward. Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United are also likely candidates to sign the playmaker.
Barcelona who are also interested in bringing back former Talisman Neymar to the club who they sold for aroun €220 million to French Champions Paris Saint Germain could mean that the forward will definitely leave the club.
Phillipe Coutinho who was Liverpool’s top man during his time in Liverpool relatively forced an exit from the club to sign to sign for Barcelona but in recent times has struggled for game time. Arsenal could sign the forward if Barcelona agree on a deal said Arsenal’s head of football Raul Sanllehi.
