The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Adamu Mohammed, has on Monday 24th of February reacted to the murder of Remo Stars FC player who was murdered in Sagamu, Ogun State.
This is following a protest that saw men of the Nigerian Police Force shoot and kill several unarmed civilians in Sagamu.
Tiyamu Kazeem was killed by a Special Anti Robbery Squad officer after labeling him a Yahoo boy in Sagamu.
The IGP has ordered the DIG in-charge of the FCID, DIG Anthony Ogbizi to immediately take over investigations on the death of Tiyamu Kazeem. This was made known through a statement released on the verified Twitter handle of the Police force.
