A hilarious and yet serious situation is unfolding in one of Nigeria’s universities, the University of Ibadan, when a painter contracted by the school to paint the female hostels impregnated two of the female students.
The news broke out on Social Media and it has since been generating several reactions from people online. Some of the male students of the University were said to have staged a demonstration that they too want to become painters for the female hostels.
The students have also received some condemnation from many, who found their involvement with the painter as selling themselves too cheap. Some said they went too low, that they were even cooking for the painter.
Their relationship reportedly started when the painter was given the contract to repaint their hostels.
The two girls are said to be 100 level students of the school. While one was reported to have aborted the pregnancy, the other has insisted she would marry the painter because she has fallen in love with him.
