Activist and the campaigner of the #Revolutionnow movement, Omoyele Sowore who was in court today was almost arrested again by the Department of State Service (DSS).
Recall that Sowore was only released by the DSS after he had stayed 126 days in their custody, even after perfecting his bail conditions on November 6. His mother had begged the President and the DSS to set her son free, and women had to protest at the court premises over his continued detention.
He was later granted freedom after the judge presiding over the case fined the DSS N100,000 for his detention and ordered him to be released within the next 24hrs.
Sowore, daring the DSS officials that attempted to rearrest him in court today, addressed the members of the press and the public on what was witnessed in the court premisses.
