Oyogist has learned that Nigerian superstar, Wizkid has sold out 20,000 concert tickets at the O2 arena, London in just 12 minutes after the sale began.
The annual Wizkid concert is scheduled to hold in November.However, all the 20,000 tickets available were picked up in record time.
Wizkid himself announced the record sale.
“Sold out the 02 Arena in 12 minutes. London! I love you,” he captioned the flyer of the show which he posted on Instagram.
Wizkid’s partner and manager attested to the claim saying, “This feeling is undeniably insane. Wizkid sold out the O2 Arena in 12 minutes. Absolute madness.
Fans while reacting to wizkid’s recent achievement, described the Grammy award winner as a legend.
They also pleaded with him to release more concert tickets, owing to Popular demand.
