Oyogist.com has learnt that the justice Yusuf Halilu of the Abuja High Court, has granted bail to the former Director-General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises, BPE, Benjamin Ezra Dikki and his Company, Kebna Studios &Communications Limited.
The counsel for the first defendant, while arguing the bail today urged the Court to admit his client to bail as the alleged offence is bailable.
He added that the applicant is willing and ready to defend the charges in this matter.”
