Oyogist.com has learnt that Indian Rescuers has recovered 35 Indian construction workers trapped in a tunnel, as death toll from the incident rose to 28.
The cause of the incident was linked to an hydroelectric dam disorder as it interacted with a glacier that barrelled down a Himalayan river.
197 workers were still unaccounted for According to rescue officers.
