According to report reaching oyogist.com, the former CEO of Subawah Petroleum, Mrs. Adisa Serifat, has reportedly been assassinated by unknown gunmen in Ibarapa, Oyo state.

Following the attack, the Oyo state IPMAN issued a threat to close down all petrol stations in Oyo state if the state government refuse to provide maximum security in the state.

This was made known by Alhaji Mutiu Bukola, the chairman Oyo state IPMAN, who also explained that the closure of the petrol stations at Ibarapa was an alarm to the Oyo state government.

Narrating the murder of Mrs. Adisa Serifat, as something of major concern, IPMAN cautioned that unless the trend was limited, all petrol stations in Oyo state would be closed down.

Mr. Mutiu also asserted that murdering and abduction have turned out to be very common, due to the lack of a proper security strategy in the state.

He therefore urged the Oyo state government to quickly put an end to the thriving trend of murder, and abduction of petroleum merchants in the state.
