Trump’s attorney general, William Barr has resigned after dismissing the President’s claim of wide-spread voter fraud

Oyogist.com has learnt that US President, Donald Trump Attorney General William Barr has officially handed over his resignation letter to the president and would step down come December 23.

While Sharing the letter on his official Twitter account, Barr further stated that he updated the president on the irregularities of his voter fraud allegations in the 2020 presidential election.

Trump said Barr had done “an outstanding job,” and would be “leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family…”In the tweet, Trump said Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen will take over the job.

Barr took the position as Trump attorney general on February 2019. He had previously served under George H.W. Bush.
