Oyogist.com has learnt that the Chief Executive officer of Apple, Tim Cook while sharing the company’s plan with employees on Thursday, revealed that most of the Employees won’t return to work till mid 2021.
Cock said the reason for this was to enable the workers enhance their work output while working remotely in the future.
“There’s no replacement for face-to-face collaboration, but we have also learned a great deal about how we can get our work done outside of the office without sacrificing productivity or results,” Tim Cook told his staff.
“All of these learnings are important. When we’re on the other side of this pandemic, we will preserve everything that is great about Apple while incorporating the best of our transformations this year.”
Meanwhile, Dan Riccio, the senior vice president of hardware engineering described remote working as a “huge challenge” for device design that is usually done in lab settings.
