Nigerian Man Narrates How he Became an Associate Professor in Cyprus, After Numerous Set backs

A Nigerian man identified as Ifeanyi Obi has taken to social media to share his life lessons, and inspire people to never give up on their dreams.

Ifeanyi Obi said he left Nigeria for North Cyprus in 2008 for his master’s degree with only 250£ and a vision to make it in life.

But Now, Ifeanyi is the founder of HARCOM HOLDINGS; the first African owned shareholding business in Cyprus.

He said;

“I came to North Cyprus in 2008 for my Master’s education with only 250£ and a Vision to make it in life. Coming from Nigeria, I knew I had to work extra hard but it was more difficult without any substantial financial sponsorship.

“I remember a particular incident I wasn’t even allowed into an office to drop my CV, I heard “no chance here”. I started from scratch by doing any job and business available and through all that completed my Masters and PhD studies.

“Today I am a Professor in one of the best Universities in Cyprus and the founder of HARCOM HOLDINGS; the first African owned shareholding business in Cyprus. To someone out there: Don’t give up”! He concluded
