Months after keeping mute about her rumoured breakup, one of the wives of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, identified as Olori Badirat Olaitan Adeyan populary known as Queen Ola has taken to social media to share some words of advice with her fans and followers.
The queen in a post shared on her Instastory channel on Instagram approached the topic of relationships and how those involved in one should conduct themselves.
According to Queen Ola, breaking up or getting a divorce from a relationship is absolutely fine.
In addition to this, she said that it is also acceptable for people to start their lives over or move on from a faulty relationship.
“Divorce is ok. Breaking up is ok. Starting over is ok. Moving on is Ok. Saying no is ok. Being alone is ok,” the post read in part.
In a different portion of the message, the royal family member highlighted the things that are not acceptable for those who find themselves in relationships.
According to Queen Ola, it is not acceptable for people to always remain in relationships where they are not happy, valued and appreciated.
“What is not ok is staying somewhere where you aren’t happy, valued or appreciated, that’s not ok,” the post read.
