Based on this quarrel, when asked whether the aggrieved APC leaders will join the PDP while appearing on a radio programme in Ado-Ekiti, Ojudu discountenanced the speculation, saying he would never contemplate such move.

According to the Senator, he makes a statement saying that I will never join the PDP team for any reason even if the PDP flag was placed on my body after I had died, I would instantly wake up, tear it and go back to sleep.”Ojudu said

However, when the former State governor of Ekiti state heard of the news report, he disclosed a statement through his media aid which condemned the statement of the senator. With this understanding will the conflict between Senator Babafemi Ojudu and Ekiti State Governor End with in peace.
