Twitter influencer exposed for job racketeering, ghost worker ring in Oyo

A Twitter influencer who is a known campaigner for good governance has been exposed for running a ring of ghost-worker after a chat between himself and a patron was made public, OYOGist.com is aware.

The Twitter influencer Ayobami Agboola, who is the son of Oyo state Government Head of Service, Amidat Agboola with the handle @dondekojo and another user @Advsola were both having exchanges about an illegal job scheme, where unqualified or non-existent workers earn salaries from tax-payers labour.

This sharp practice often hinders legitimately qualified youths from gaining employment, which is why the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde introduced electronic verification systems to weed out ghost workers at the begining of his tenure.
