President Trump of America has hinted at possible stability in the middle-east, as a tension between the United States and Iran escalates.

Earlier today, Donald Trump said that as long as he remained the president of America, Iran would never have nuclear power. But shortly after that, he shared that the middle east country is standing down, a hint at a possible de-escalation of events between the two nations.

On Tuesday morning, Iran launched several missiles at a US base in Iraq. This further infuriated Trump, who vowed to punish Iran further for the attacks. He scheduled a press conference for Wednesday 8 January 2020, where he would address the attack and announce what measures to pay back Iran in.

Recall that on Wednesday morning a Ukraine Boeing 737 jetliner plane crashed at the Imam Khomeini International Airport, Tehran, Iran killing all 176 people aboard. Everyone concluded that the crash was a result of an engine failure.

Hours after, Donald Trump held a long press conference where he addressed the measures to take on Iran for the missile attacks targeted at Iraq.

At the conference, he called for Iran to drop its nuclear ambitions and stop sponsoring terrorism. He also called on Russia, UK, France Germany, and NATO to rein in on Iran to stop its act of terror and look for ways to help rebuild Iran and strengthen its economy.

Trump ended his speech by calling for peace and telling the people of Iran and her leaders that they should work with him to bring economic stability to the region.
